Work spaces at Space with a Soul provide a professional solution to a small organization’s need for space. Rather than the world of coffee shops, our desk space allows organizations to have a space to work and share ideas with our community. Our diverse spaces have ergonomic chairs and are fully equipped for presentations. Reasonably priced and diverse, Space with a Soul’s desk and conference space can offer a setting for small organizations that may not have their own facilities in-house.

Full-Access Desk Space

Our Permanent Desk space is located on the LEED Gold certified main floor of the center, steps away from our conference rooms, document production center, and the kitchen. Each workspace includes a desk, ergonomic chair, network port, power outlets, a three-drawer lockable file caddy, and three-tiered bookshelf. All workspaces are situated in an open office environment, lacking walls but benefiting from comfortably apportioned space, plenty of natural light, and airflow from operational windows. Desks can be rented in a cluster for group work or as individuals. As a result of our open floor plan and varied configuration of our desks, many types of nonprofit groups can make Space with a Soul their home.
Permanent residents have front desk receptionist services during business hours and 24/7 access to the Center. Permanent residents are welcome to use the Center as their permanent mailing address and have full use of conference rooms by reservation. Most importantly, permanent residents enjoy the extensive benefits of our service provider matching program and the full-time support of Center staff.
Innovation Lab Space
$300 per person per month
Innovation Lab Space at Space with a Soul is located on the LEED Gold certified main floor of the center. It offers many of the same benefits of our Permanent Desk Space, with smaller workspaces to make it more accessible for organizations with smaller budgets. The space includes a workspace, ergonomic chair, and power outlets. All workspaces are situated in an open office environment benefiting from comfortably apportioned space, plenty of natural light, and airflow from operational windows.
Running a startup organization usually means you aren’t working the typical 9-5 hours. By renting in our Innovation Lab, you will be able to escape your home office and have a place to focus anytime you need. This space is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It includes front desk receptionist services during business hours, enterprise-grade internet access, and printing services. Residents are welcome to use the Center as their permanent mailing address. Our service-provider matching program will also save you time and money.
